Founded in 1991,Kit Wong Consultant Ltd aims to deliver professional property consultatation services to the local community and particularly to new migrants.

The principal Mr. Kit Wong has extensive knowledge and experience in the property field: With a Bachelor's Degree in Property Administration and current senior member of New Zealand Property Institute (SNZPI) and associate member of Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ).

The company acted as consultant and actively invested as a developer for the implementation and development of Sommeville Shopping Court (Stages 1 to 5), Whitford Road Shopping Mall, and 113 Meadowland Shopping Center. The area is now well-known as the Chinatown of New Zealand.

Presently the company is managing four Body Corporates at Sommerville, and acting as consultant to the implementation and development of 20 acres of land at Flat Bush New Town at East Tamaki, Manukau, Auckland.

Services available range from property management, to feasibility studies, to property/land development, property value assessment, and property investment advice, etc.
